If you need to send a person to collect your child who is unknown to the Nursery staff, you must let us know.

We will not allow a child to leave with an unfamiliar adult or anyone under 16. Similarly, if you are unavoidably late for any reason you must do your best to get a message to us so that we can explain to your child and reassure him/her. Young children are easily distressed by being collected late, so we make it a priority that children are collected promptly at the end of session.
